About SuperiorMED

Since 2011, SuperiorMED has helped patients throughout East Peoria and Central Illinois find non-surgical solutions for chronic joint pain and mobility challenges. We believe lasting improvements begin by understanding the whole person, not simply treating the area that hurts.
Through comprehensive evaluations and personalized treatment plans, our multidisciplinary team works to identify the underlying causes of pain and restore function. We help active adults and older adults maintain their independence, improve mobility, and return to the activities they enjoy without unnecessary surgery or long-term reliance on pain medication.
Our Story
Since opening our doors in 2011, SuperiorMED has grown from a chiropractic practice into a multidisciplinary, non-surgical medical clinic serving East Peoria and communities throughout Central Illinois. As our patients' needs evolved, so did our practice, expanding to include regenerative medicine and advanced technologies designed to support recovery and improve function.
Today, our providers combine multiple non-surgical therapies under one roof to deliver comprehensive, personalized care for joint pain, mobility concerns, and musculoskeletal conditions.
Our Mission & Purpose
Reducing Pain. Optimizing Health. Preventing Unnecessary Suffering.
At SuperiorMED, our mission is to provide solutions that reduce pain and optimize health. We believe every person deserves the opportunity to live an active, fulfilling life without defaulting to surgery or long-term pain medication for chronic musculoskeletal conditions.
By taking the time to understand each person's symptoms, goals, and lifestyle, our team develops personalized, non-surgical care plans focused on improving function, restoring mobility, and supporting long-term health. We are dedicated to helping people who have lost hope regain confidence in their movement and return to the activities they love.

Our Approach to Care
Personalized Care Focused on Improving Function & Long-Term Health
At SuperiorMED, we don't simply treat where it hurts; we take the time to understand what's contributing to your symptoms. That's why every personalized care plan is built around a comprehensive evaluation and focused on helping you move better, function better, and stay active.
Why Choose Us
At SuperiorMED, we've built our practice around personalized, non-surgical care designed to help you move better, function better, and make informed decisions about your health.
Our Treatment Process
We know seeking care for chronic pain can feel overwhelming. That's why we've created a clear, step-by-step process to help you understand your condition, explore your options, and move forward with confidence.
Step 1: Initial One-Hour Appointment
Your first visit is designed to give our providers a complete understanding of your condition before recommending treatment. During your appointment, you can expect:
Consultation with a Care Manager
Review of your medical history and symptoms
Assessment of your range of motion, stability, strength, and movement
Comprehensive functional examination
On-site X-rays when appropriate
Initial discussion of potential treatment options
By the end of your first visit, our providers have the information needed to begin developing personalized care recommendations.
Step 2: Reviewing Your Results & Personalized Care Plan
During your second appointment, you meet with our practitioners and your Care Manager to review your evaluation findings and discuss the next steps.
During this consultation, we review:
Examination findings
Care plan options
Insurance coverage and financing options
X-rays and imaging
Personalized treatment recommendations
Our goal is to ensure you understand your condition and treatment options so you can make an informed decision about your care.
Step 3: Beginning Your Personalized Treatment Plan
Once you decide to move forward, your individualized treatment plan begins. Your initial treatment visit typically lasts 45 to 60 minutes and may include a combination of therapies selected based on your evaluation findings.
Rather than following a standardized protocol, every treatment plan is tailored to your condition, functional limitations, and recovery goals.
Step 4: Ongoing Care, Progress Tracking & Functional Improvement
As your care continues, our team monitors your progress and adjusts your treatment plan based on your response. Depending on your personalized care plan, ongoing care may include:
Customized exercise recommendations
Follow-up visits with your providers as needed
Functional progress evaluations
30- and 60-day re-examinations
Your care plan evolves as you improve, helping ensure your treatment continues to support your mobility, function, and long-term goals.
